Return Policy
Due to the risk of contamination, refunds of the purchase price are only given on merchandise still in the original, unopened shipping box. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. If you have opened your box and are unsatisfied with your product, please e-mail us to discuss your issue. Please e-mail me to get an authorization number before you return any products so that we may approve and acknowledge your return. We work hard to ensure your satisfaction. All refunds/store credits are given at our discretion. Please keep in mind that the color, scent, texture and viscosity can vary from season to season and batch to batch.
Minimum Order
We have a no minimum policy for retail orders. However, because of the price of the shipping you may want to order more than one product.
Note on Soft & Hard Water
Customers with hard water not treated by a softening agent or water softener may not experience the full lather produced by our soaps and described in our website. If you have hard water treated by a water softener, you'll enjoy the full luxurius benefits of handmade soaps. Even with hard water, you'll enjoy the aroma, skin softening agents and some degree of the lather we describe.
Common Sense
Our soaps are wonderful to see, smell and use. We make no medical claims regarding them or their ingredients. Essential oils are commonly believed to have medicinal properties. If this is important to you, do your research. If a soap causes irritation, discontinue use. Do not get it in your eyes.
Medical Claims
We make no claims as to the efficacy of any of these products for any medical condition. These products are intended to improve the look and feel of the skin. They do not treat any medical conditions.
For Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused or Returned Shipments
Returned orders will be handled in a timely manner. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If the customer refuses shipment, the order is considered a return with a 15% restocking fee.
Out of Stock Items
We strive to keep all products well stocked, but there are times when we run low or we run out of certain items. If you place your order and we have run out of a specific item we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your total order and receive a full refund or you may substitute. You may also request the item be sent separately when it becomes available. If you choose to have the item shipped when it becomes available you will be charged for shipping that item separately.
